Guiding statement

1. Remain in integrity. I am of course, very happy for you to celebrate, share and recommend my artwork - as long as you adhere to what I give permission for below.

2. Please respect my wishes. I am the creator of the original works that I freely share with you. I reserve the right to decide how and where they are used.

 

Definitions

1. Author.

A human being and man (:Steven: Dalving.) who has independently created works by engaging in original creative expression.

2. Copy.

A material object, in which a work is fixed by any method now known or later developed, and from which the work can be perceived, reproduced, or otherwise communicated, either directly or with the aid of a machine or device. Includes the material object, in which the work is first fixed.

 

3. Derivative work.

A work based upon, which incorporates and / or alters some or all of one or more pre-existing works, such as a translation, arrangement, dramatization, fictionalization, art reproduction, abridgment, condensation, or any other form in which a work may be recast, transformed, or adapted. A work changing the medium of original works, consisting of editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications which, as a whole, represent an original work of authorship.

 

4. Digital content.

Any computer code, database, blog, online info.

 

5. Artwork.

Original works which can be perceived, reproduced, or communicated for more than a short time.

 

6. Photographs.

Any professional and personal images of myself authored by someone else and any images taken by myself including selfies.

 

Copies, physical printing & derivative works

1. Copies & physical printing.

You may not reproduce any of my original works, in any way, in any medium, for any purpose or reason.

 

2. Creation of new / derivative works.

You may not use my work to create new content - however well intended - partly or wholly - in any way or form, including online, on any AI platform or application, on Zoom or in any social media group, both public and private. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Use of my logo, images, and my name.

  • Reuse or reproduction of my artwork, photos or images.

  • Screenshotting, sharing or publishing any Organicartworks website pages, newsletters or emails.

Disclaimer

The exchange that occurs through this website, our contact, or an artwork, is a private exchange between men and women;

By entering, viewing or using this website or engaging with the man; Steven Dalving, you are entering an agreeing to these terms and conditions;

We agree that each of us is responsible for remedying the consequences resulting from a breach of this agreement in such a way that the aggrieved party is fully compensated;

The agreed compensation, in any form whatsoever, remains 100% property of the man: Steven Dalving.
